Return and Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident with your CBD pure Isolate purchase and want to provide you with excellent customer service. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 72 hours of receiving the product to support@procana.com. You will need to provide detailed information for any product damaged and photo proof.

Unopened/Unused Products

If you are not satisfied with our products, within 30 days of reciept you may request a refund of the purchase price of any unopened products, excluding shipping, and any applicable sales tax. Returns and refunds can ONLY BE DONE ON PRODUCT WITH UNOPENED/UNBROKEN SAFETY SEALCustomer is responsible for return shipping. Please contact customer service at Support@Procana.com to obtain an RMA (return authorization number).

Defective Exchanges

If for any reason our products arrive to you in a defective manner within 3 days of reciept, we pledge to replace the similar item for you. Please submit a photo of the damaged product to customer service at Support@Procana.com to obtain an RMA (return authorization number).  For Manufacturers defective products, we will provide a return shipping label at no cost to you.
